Bugis: Exit Parco Bugis Junction, walk along Victoria Street towards city. At traffic junction (old NAFA./St Anthony Girls School), cross to Middle Road. At second traffic junction (Fortune Centre), turn into Waterloo Street between GSM Building and Sculpture Square. (Do not enter Waterloo Street leading to Kwan ImTemple). Pass HDB Waterloo Centre with shops selling automotive spares (with SCWO bungalow opposite) and you will find a coffee shop. The Catholic Welfare Centre is next to the coffee shop.
City Hall: Exit Raffles City and cross North Bridge Road to CHIJMES. Walk along Bras Basah Road towards Orchard. (You can also walk inside CHIJMES) At traffic junction (Cathedral of the Good Shepherd), cross Victoria Street and Bras Basah Road. You’ll see Singapore Management University, NTUC INCOME and POSB Centre. Between POSB and Singapore Arts Museum (previously SJI), turn into Queens Street. Between St Peter and St Paul Church and Oxford Hotel, turn into side lane. Catholic Welfare Centre is at the rear of Oxford Hotel.
Dhoby Ghaut: Exit Atrium and walk along Orchard Road. At Cathay Cinema, cross Prinsep Street to Bras Basah Road. Walk along Rendezvous Hotel and cross Bencoolen Street. At Plaza by the Park (Kopi-Tiam on ground level), turn into Waterloo Street. There is a Jewish synagogue, Action 42 bungalow and YMS shophouses. Catholic Welfare Centre is across the road.
