"I'M
OKAY; YOU'RE OKAY"
Becoming More Assertive
Many
fallaciously equate being assertive to being aggressive. Being
assertive is standing up for our own personal rights and expressing
our beliefs without violating others' rights. Assertive people
influence others in positive way, possess non-judgment attitude
and adopt a proactive rather than a reactive approach. From either
a passive or aggressive person, you can develop to a more assertive
person.
