Chairman's Message Ordinary people often curse the problems they encounter. Successful people see these problems as stepping stones to opportunities. There is one place in the world without problems, and that is the graveyard. Coffins are built for comfort. The only time that things are totally comfortable is when little progress is being made. That is why it is called a “comfort zone.” Few people venture into a territory filled with problems. Yet it is the fools who rush into an venue without problems, and a what they get are

breadcrumbs. Many fishermen embrace the security of calm waters. Yet it is in the rough sea, where few will venture, that fish are plentiful.

Randall R. McBride, Jr. said, “Success will not lower its standard to us. We must raise our standard to success.” Yet, many people spend their lives in their comfort zones, beneath a self-created, low ceiling of possibility. This is the greatest obstacle to achievement. Winston Churchill said, “Kites rise highest against the wind.” But common people gripe at obstacles and problems, and the noise of opportunity knocking on their doors. Successful people embrace the knock, open the door. and welcome opportunities.
